Asparagus spread (season)
The well-known combination of white asparagus and egg, mixed with our creamy mayonnaise, is delicious for lunch or as a snack on toast. TIP: pimp the asparagus spread with ham, smoked salmon or Ostend shrimps for a luxury version.

Description
The entire production process, from mixing oil and eggs into a creamy sauce, and then into a salad, is done entirely in-house. All our salads are full of meat, fish and vegetables. We only select the best ingredients.
