- 1 kg Maurice Mathieu tomato sauce
- 100 gr onions
- 100 gr carrots
- 70 gr celery
- 100 gr zucchini
- 2 seedless red chilli
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha
Stew the onions, carrots, celery, zucchini, garlic and chili in the olive oil. Add the Maurice Mathieu tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Season with Sriracha.
