Arrabiata sauce

  • 1 kg Maurice Mathieu tomato sauce
  • 100 gr onions
  • 100 gr carrots
  • 70 gr celery
  • 100 gr zucchini
  • 2 seedless red chilli
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha

Stew the onions, carrots, celery, zucchini, garlic and chili in the olive oil. Add the Maurice Mathieu tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Season with Sriracha.
