Potato spread
A fresh potato spread grandmother's style: potatoes boiled in salted water, cut into cubes by hand, and then mixed in a fine dressing with pickle cubes, onion and parsley.
Description
The entire production process, from mixing oil and eggs into a creamy sauce, and then into a salad, is done entirely in-house. All our salads are full of meat, fish and vegetables. We only select the best ingredients.
